"What can I say. This was my first Harley Davidson purchase, an XL1200N, and the single most enjoyable buying experience of my adult life. I had been searching for a couple weeks and found what I was looking for at Seminole Harley Davidson. A big thanks to Tom "Red" Labadie. You rock, man! "I had looked all around the Jacksonville area and went to the dealers in the area, after seeing the ads from your dealership I made a call and sopke with Randy, he kept in contact with me for abou a couple of weeks before I made my way to your showroom. "I started looking at Harleys for the past 9 years. Every time I was ready to purchase one I would talked myself out of it. My salesman (Mark Nelson)has been a family friend for a long time and he never push me into coming and looking at the motorcycles he had for sale. His only comment was call him if I had questions. I finally called him and went and meet with him and he showed me around all types of motorcycles again not pushing in too anything. I have been at the dealership I guess six times in last 2 months. I called him yesterday and said I'm ready to buy my motorcycle and he said great when did I want to come in. I set an appointment for this morning. I bought the Ultra Classic(FLHTCU). I meet with Todd, Traci, Service Dept. Corey and of course Mark. Everyone was great. They all seem like a family and I really enjoyed my purchase. The Show Room, Offices, Service Dept, even the restrooms were so clean that you could eat off the floors. What a great bunch of people to be with. We will be stopping in on a regular bases just to say Hi, Thanks Again ALL.

"When I first began looking for a new bike, Seminole was one of several dealerships that I looked at. I had shopped for pricing before on getting service work done at several dealers and Seminole was equal or lower than anyone (mostly lower).
My wife and I were both considering buying new 2007 Heritages and when the Custom Color Blue model showed at Seminole, my choice was made. Our Sales Rep, Randy, was from the very start (months ago) very helpful and only worked to give us what we wanted, not trying to sell us on something we didn't.
They offered me a very fair trade-in value for my 1200 custom (more than I expected) and was able to secure 0-Down Finacing of both Bikes.
Cory in the Custom Chrome area was very informative with answers to my questions, helping me to chose between several different items that I was considering. He also followed up on the required service to make sure that all went smooth and was able to get the Special Parts that I wanted in before we had thought.
The Service Department has treated me with nothing but respect, and the Parts Department has always offered us the 10% Discount that we receive on all parts for Life because we purchased the Bikes there (Great Deal).
Overall, we could not be more happy with our new Bikes and are very satisfied with help and service we have gotten and continue to get from Seminole Harley-Davidson."

And there has never been a nicer or more knowagable staff of people gathered under one roof.I am working on my dathers buell and the help I have recieved over the phone is more than if I were standing in any other shop waveing money. this is the only place I would recamend.and is the only place I will go when it is time for a new bike.
